Kariega Game Reserve was recently the location of an Africa Geographic photographic safari, hosted by the very talented photographer and ranger Brendon Jennings. The success of this specialised five day safari has led to the scheduling of two more Africa Geographic photo safaris at Kariega - one in May 2014 and one in September 2014.

Congratulations to great ranger and photographer Brendon Jennings, who had two of his images taken at Kariega Game Reserve appear in the UK newspaper, the Daily Telegraph. The images also appeared on the Daily Mail website.

The Halter Family from Germany recently spent some time at Kariega, and sent us these great safari shots.

August was a month full of exciting and totally unexpected wildlife encounters and sightings. We were surprised and amazed by the African bush and its wide diversity of inhabitants almost every day of this month.
