After the poaching of Thandi and Themba a sister team have set up Red Era and The Diceros Project. They provide marketing and fundraising assistance to various rhino organisations including those assisting anti-poaching units (APU's), rhino orphanages and rehabilitation centres.

“Dancing for Rhinos” is an annual formal event, taking place on the 14 March 2015 - a dance and music show and it includes an exquisite three-course dinner. This function is hosted to raise funds for Rhino beneficiaries.

February is the shortest month of the year and probably also the hottest month of the year on Kariega Game Reserve. This did not stop our enthusiastic volunteers from doing a great job on the reserve.
