Update on Thandi - our super-girl rhino poaching survivor
Dr Fowlds and the Kariega team checked on Thandi this past weekend. They thankfully did not find any infections but did remove some bone fragments that had become dislodged from the tissue beds to avoid them irritating her. Blood samples were taken to check on the progress of her pregnancy. Well done Thandi. Hopefully this will be the last treatment she requires.
