The audience favourite category in the Kariega Facebook Photographic Competition is won by the finalist that receives the most likes for their photograph on Facebook.

Kariega Facebook Fans Select Photo Competition Audience Favourite

This year the winner of the audience favourite category is Sebastian Miczka for his photograph that captured an extraordinary moment of an elephant chasing an impala. It was by far the most popular photograph with 146 likes. The second favourite was Lena Kulacs tender feline moment which received 88 likes and the winner of the 2016 Facebook Photographic Competition Lise Marie McCloughlan Nielsen received 85 likes for her photograph of giraffe watching a tortoise.

Sebastian will be returning to Kariega for a fully inclusive two night stay for two at Ukhozi Lodge. We have also included a tailor-made photo safari on one of the days (subject to availability).

The 2017 Photographic Competition is now open and we have already received some amazing photographs. Entering a favourite photo from your Kariega safari is easy – just post it to our Facebook page and it will automatically be entered for 2017.
